As the landlord/owner of a property portfolio, we are able to negotiate keener rates on our landlords policies than offered as standard as you are insuring on a multiple basis.

If you own more than 2 let properties, even if the insurance renewal dates are different, then we would be more than happy to arrange for a quotation in either of the following methods:

We aim to contact you back within 4 hours of receiving your communication with a premium should we receive the details from you between the times of 8am & 3pm, usually it is even quicker than that.

If we receive them past the standard office hours of 5pm, please tell us the best time to contact you the following morning and we will contact you by lunchtime.

And finally let us know how and when you would like to be contacted.
